The Beginning

Creative necessity breeds ingenuity.

I started my first band when I was 15 years old and we had no gear. After realizing that taping mics to our hats was stupid, we built our own mic and guitar stands out of random parts found in my parents’ storage room ­and it always worked. Always.
That storage room never let us down and always had what we needed. It was as if the room was...(wait for it)...magic.
Naive? Perhaps.
Awesome? Damn right.
